This weeks training plan

Monday: 3 miles--the weather is supposed to be FABULOUS!

Tuesday: Easy cross-training/strength building

Wednesday: 5 miles (I have a walking partner most Wednesday evenings, and we regularly do 5 miles, so I'll stick with that)

Thursday: easy cross-training/strength building

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 4 miles

Sunday : 3 miles
