Week 6 plan

Monday: Day of rest

Tuesday: 3 miles

Wednesday: Cross-training (Pilates?)

Thursday: 5 miles

Friday: Cross-training (biking? If we get the family bikes ready!)

Saturday: 6 miles

Sunday: 5 miles

The weather looks to be decent most of the week, and I have very little on my calendar (though I could have said the same thing last week...)
