Week 5 plan

Monday: Rest! (Whew! 12 miles the last two days, my legs WANT to rest!)

Tuesday: 3 miles (I may have to trade this one with Wednesday as I have a fundraising event that night)

Wednesday: Easy cross-training (probably pilates)

Thursday: 4 miles

Friday: Cross-training (pilates)

Saturday: 6 miles (good. I've done that!)

Sunday: 4 miles
