I seem to be uninspired to do the cross-training days. I'll get there, I hope, but Friday I did nothing.
Today, though, I hit the suggested 6 miles. The first two miles are still a chore. And I sped through the last half mile (literally, I am sure I looked ridiculous, but I was walking really fast, so I didn't care. I was bored and wanted it DONE!). I have to figure out this shin thing! It makes me not want to walk, even though I know that after 2 miles it will get better.
