Sunday Training

I did the suggested 6 miles. I walked on an indoor track (with 2 of my 3 sisters). We kept a good pace (right around 4 mph). It was rainy and COLD outside, hence the walking inside, on a nice track, in climate controlled conditions. No shin pain, no knee pain, a little hip discomfort, but it went away. I had a little soreness behind my knee, but I am not sure what that was from!
